We built BadgeBridge after running into a frustrating problem with our own Streamer.bot setup. We had a custom bot account sending messages, but without the official bot badge, Twitch treated it like a regular viewer. When shared chat was enabled, our bot messages started showing up in other streamers' channels — not just ours.
